A taste of India

Big thank you to Namita and Pranay Mehra for inviting me to shoot and eat (and shoot and eat). This is actually my first time to try home-cooked Indian food and I was just blown away. I love Indian food and I’ve tried quite a number of dishes from “authentic” Indian restaurants. So I thought, for lack of  a better term, my Indian food exposure was dead-center. Turns out I’m 2 f-stops under. Thanks to the lovely couple, my Indian food exposure meter just got a good calibration. My standards just went up to a whole new level. Plus 1 f-stop for taste and texture, and another f-stop for presentation.
